“The check-in process was terrible. We never got any check-in information or any info about our keys. When we got there, the property was locked, the host wasn’t answering any calls and we had to stand outside for a while until we started banging on the door loudly and a construction worker opened the door. "The room was very spacious and with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a nice bath tub (but not the most convenient for shower as there was no shower curtain. The room was mostly clean (there was a few hair on the sofa). The location was very convenient (right under the castle and 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, tram station is 5 minute from the apartment). The hostess very very helpful and friendly. However, the room could be noisy in the evening as the hotel is next to a pub with live music. Fortunately all music stops at around 10pm. The room has no AC so perhaps not ideal for a hot summer night (we near-missed a heatwave!)"
