"We had the most wonderful stay at this villa – spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and so comfortable. From the very first enquiry, Adrian and Hazel were outstanding hosts. Their communication was always clear, friendly, and so professional – nothing was ever too much trouble.The welcome pack they left us was unbelievably generous, meaning we didn’t need to set foot in a supermarket for days – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately at home.Tías is a charming little town with great bus links to Puerto del Carmen, the capital, and other resorts, but we often found ourselves simply enjoying the privacy of the villa. The pool, outdoor seating, and gorgeous sea views made it hard to leave!Adrian and Hazel are truly exceptional hosts – warm, kind, and so attentive. We honestly can’t wait to return. Thank you both for making our holiday so special!"

"To arrive in the evening to an unserviced villa was very disappointing.... 2 of the 3 beds had been slept in and dirty towels piled up! We managed to buy bedding at a local supermarket so we could sleep there.....(trying to book alternative accommodation at 10pm was difficult)On a plus point the location was good for us as we had a hire car, short drive to/from the airport. Cafe opposite for coffee/breakfast. Small (cold) pool and plenty of seating/loungers.NB. it is in a residential area, not a tourist area, so your neighbours are local residents. Some may be put off by their barking dogs!I've tried to contact the owner for some compensation, even just a refund of the bedding we had to buy! But he doesn't seem interested.I would not book here again."
