“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was really close to everything we did. Both owners were super responsive and accommodating. The home was roomy and very clean. All the bedrooms had TV’s with two living areas for spreading out. The home even had a garage fridge for easy loading of our coolers for the beach. Nice beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Overall, a perfect place for a larger family. We even took advantage of the pontoon boat rental offered to renters and it was our favorite...

“Communication with the host was very easy before and during the stay. This location was great for our family of 5 on a quiet and safe residential area. It is very close to everything Sarasota including multiple beaches, Siesta Key, and Venice. The house had all the linens, full kitchen, and beach gear we needed. Do not hesitate to book this rental.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, spacious and quiet property. Yes, it’s older and not as upscale as other rentals but we felt safe, comfortable and had easy access to all areas in Nokomis/Venice. The apartment has everything needed and the owner is truly pleasant and accommodating. The pool is refreshing and the yard is a pretty place to watch birds and relax. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are closeby. Very happy we chose this rental! ”
