The lot is huge and private but we want to make sure they are comfortable also. Follow quiet hours and the above rules. 7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If you have more than 16 guests, over the age of 2, an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night plus service fee and taxes applies. 8) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count 9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, there will be a minimum $35 shipping fee. 12) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. No Slip and slides allowed. Other things to note: Please remember that you\`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
