"Rooms need updating. Beds very small. Wifi intermittent. View in city view rooms are of building directly opposite. Shower was so small you couldn't close the doors. Plumbing noisy. Beach lovely and clean. Quiet hotel and surrounding area which is what we wanted. Plenty of free parking. Restaurant and breakfast ok."

"We had a brilliant time. The house was perfect for the 7 of us across a wide age range- spacious open plan living all the facilities we needed. Well appointed bedrooms. Quiet and with an exquisite unspoilt 360 vista and gorgeous pool.But the star of the show was Frederica, bottles of bubbly and wine on arrival and a warm welcome. She also went above and beyond in helping us getting a puncture repaired! We would have liked the option of a weekly clean and linen change but no hesitation in highly recommending "

"La maison est incroyable, avec plusieurs terrasses, y compris une terrasse à l'étage avec vue mer superbe. Maison bien équipée, plancha au gaz, douche extérieure. La maison est à 2 min à pied de la plage. Boucherie et boulangerie à 2 min à pied. Balade sur la falaise immédiatement à droite, avec jolies vues sur La Franqui et sur la mer (comme en Grèce !).Poissonnier à Leucate et Port Leucate en voiture. Spots de windsurf et kitesurf un peu partout, en mer et sur étang.La région est superbe ! Idéal en famille.Propriétaire très sympa, proactif et à l'écoute.Je recommande vivement !"
