très bonne location

séjour trs agréable, maison idéalement située, conforme à la description de l'annonce la maison est grande, un beau et grand jardin, plage à proximité ainsi que les commerces, piste cyclable également. l'équipement est très complet 'vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine' nous souhaiterions louer à nouveau pour l'année prochaine

Maison proche des plages

Maison très fonctionnelle. Confortable pour 4 personnes. Grand jardin sans vis à vis avec terrasse couverte agréable pour manger à l’extérieur. Commerces à Grand village accessibles en moins de 10 min en vélo et plages des Allassins à 10 min en vélo. Point négatif : centre de retraitement des eaux usées à proximité avec odeur d’égouts lorsque les vents viennent de l’ouest.

Einer der Besten

Tolles geräumiges Haus, was super ausgestattet ist. Dazu ein einmaliger Garten der nicht einsichtig ist. Tolle Lage zum Stand mit Fahrrad. Würden sie jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Belle maison, à revenir!

Très jolie maison bien équipée, tout était propre et en bon état. L'environnement était calme. En tout une place pour bien se reposer. La mer avec ses belles plages est à 20 minutes à pied parmi une forêt oû on peut faire de merveilleuses ballades et rendonnés (en plus pistes cyclables pour ceux qui aiment). Merci à Mr. Paillot pour l'accueil agréable. C'était notre 12ième séjour à Oléron, peut être on reviendra chez vous pour la 13ième :-)

Un logement très complet et fonctionnel

La maison est très très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager, fond d'épicerie) et très pratique pour un famille avec deux enfants. Elle dispose d'un grand terrain clôt avec pas mal d'ombre. Placée à 17 minutes de marche de la plage la plus proche. L'agence qui gère le bien est très agréable. A 800 euros la semaine (hors ménage 75 euros) c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Maison bien située pour les vacances

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la maison de vacances avec nos deux enfants. Proches aux plages et au pistes cyclable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison pour un séjour confortable. Nous pouvons recommander la maison!

A recommander

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Grand Village Plage. La maison est très agréable, calme, pas trop chaude malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin est suffisamment ombragé. Elle est idéalement située près des plages et pistes cyclables qui parcourent l'île. Nous allions en vélo à la plage des alassins en 5 mn et faire nos courses en vélo à grand village en 10 mn à peine, tout cela par la piste cyclable sécurisée. La maison est propre, bien équipée et l'accueil de l'agence très agréable et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est bien équipée, fonctionnelle ; le terrain et la terrasse sont agréables. Bien situé entre la plage de Grand Village et celle de Vert-Bois, tout près des pistes cyclables...

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, la location est très fonctionnelle, proche des plages et des commodités et au calme. Beaucoup de prestations à l intérieur (vaisselle, appareillage, terrain clos, aucun vis à vis) qui sont très appréciable.

Maison très équipée et fonctionnelle. Accès en vélo en toute sécurité ou à pied de la plage des alassins, non surveillée mais baignade sans danger, au calme, avec école de surf. Jardin et terrasse (dont une partie couverte) très agréables.

maison agreable

maison agreable ,bien agencee et propre .la plage est plus loin que le descriptif.le loueur nous a donne quelques explications sur l ile ,mais il n y a pas beaucoup de chose a voir.le phare de chassiron ,le chateau de l ile .l ile est peut etre un peu trop sauvage a mon gout et pleine de moustiques, cette annee il y en a partout c est sur.
