The Apartment

The apartment "L'Impérial 3" is located on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, an iconic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port, directly facing the Old Lighthouse and the sea. There is no better place to experience local life: watch the fishing boats leave and return with their catch, see the local fishermen sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. This is a fantastic living space just two minutes' walk from all the amenities and the beach.

L'Impérial 3 is a fully equipped apartment with one bedroom featuring a 140 cm double bed, as well as a living room offering an unbeatable view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, and the sea. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen corner. A bathroom with a non-separated toilet completes the facilities.

This apartment comes with a reserved parking space for any booking made from March to November. During the other months, parking is free throughout the municipality of Le Grau du Roi.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Everything is arranged to offer you comfort, with no direct neighbors, away from prying eyes, and within walking distance of all shops and the beach. You will have access to all the necessary equipment for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with a convertible sofa, a TV, and air conditioning. Enjoy the calm and relax in the warm bedroom with a simple and elegant decor.
