Blissfully, beautiful location

A wonderful, peaceful location with beautiful gardens. Perfect for easy access to charming local towns, villages and the beautiful Normandy coastline. The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable (especially the bed) with everything we needed. David and Tricia were the perfect hosts - on hand to share their extensive local knowledge and offer plenty of excellent recommendations of where to eat and visit. Thank you both for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable - we would love to return in the future.

Short stopover

Lovely clean and well fitted out chalet in very quiet country position. Short drive down lane to pretty Moyaux. Overall just what we wanted and David was so helpfu.

An excellent place to explore Normandy

Normandy is a wonderful place for a vacation. The countryside is very beautiful, the sea nearby, and there are interesting towns with nice cafés, bars, restaurants and museums nearby. The cottage is a great place from which to explore Normandy. It is set in a beautiful garden, it is very quiet, and just sitting on the terrace is pure vacation. In addition, David and Tricia are very obliging hosts who gave us tips on the surrounding area and occasionally treated us to cider and wine. All in all, highly recommended!

Found in France

The location was great, easy access to all places of interest in Normandy. The gite had everything we needed and our hosts were outstanding, offering advice on places to visit and the best local food outlets. A fabulous experience.

Peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing in a lovely well equipped gite.

We enjoyed our week in the gite, which was certainly the best equipped self-catering accommodation we ever have stayed in. David and Tricia were very welcoming, made sure that we had everything we needed on arrival, and provided us with lots of information on places to visit, shopping etc. It was very peaceful - just what we needed, and it was always a pleasure to return to this lovely spot after a day out.

It was probably one of the warmest and friendliest holidays. the hosts treated us like family. They made it difficult for us to say goodbye because a deep friendship with great trust was created. what more can you say about it...

A Gem in the peaceful countryside

The property is ideal for two people. Lovely big gardens so quiet and peaceful but not to far from the delights of Honfleur and other coastal towns. The home had all the essentials that we needed and the owners Tricia and David went above and beyond to help out when we were stuck. If you require a lively holiday this is not for you, for a haven of tranquility, peace and quiet and the chance to de-stress i thoroughly recommend this property.

Wow.

Wow,wow,wow, an oasis of heaven on earth. Bliss 59 was superb. Located in David and Tricia's beautiful garden in a rural location. The only noise was the cheery singing of the birds. Not to rural to be that distant from anywhere. The accommodation was first class, super comfy bed and pillows, equally as comfortable chairs in the lounge area. David and Tricia have thought of everything that you would need for a fantastic holiday. These two folk are two of the nicest people you could meet and nothing is any trouble to them. Take advantage of Tricia's cooking skills and ask her to do a meal, outstanding. We would recommend here to anyone and are already looking at a return visit. Thanks ever so much both of you.

on a passé des magnifiques vacances Monsieur David et quelqu'un de très gentil accueillant de très bon cœur elle a trop gâté notre chienne🐶, c'est trop mignon c'est charmant avec un immense jardin ma chienne elle était très contente et en sécurité, merci à Monsieur David et sa femme tricia😊 on reviendra sûrement❤️

Entspannung pur

Der Aufenthalt dort war sehr schön. Der Hund konnte im Garten laufen und man hatte seine Ruhe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und liebevoll. Es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Verblijf om te genieten rust en natuur

Het was een heerlijke week. Het is een klein compact en schoon huisje met een goede douche en prima bed. Houd je van koken, dan mis je daarvoor de goede mogelijkheden. Gastheer en vrouw zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam en als je ze nodig hebt zijn ze er voor je. Je bent vrij, ondanks dat ze naast je wonen.

Beautiful Place/Beautiful Hosts

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy little cottage, which was very comfortable. The only thing to top it was the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We hope to see them again one day.

des Hotes au top!

Davis et Tricia sont des hôtes remarquables avec beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée rendant le séjour fort agréable. Le séjour a été charmant , nous avons eu en plus, de la chance d'avoir du beau temps Même nos chiennes en redemandent , elles ont vites compris que chez David et Tricia c'était "open bar" pour les friandises. Séjour très agréable et reposant

Un petit chalet douillet au calme dans un grand parc où notre berger australien a pu se dépenser à loisir. Les propriétaires David et Tricia sont discrets et d'une très grande gentillesse. Le cadeau de bienvenue a été très apprécié. Grâce aux conseils précieux des propriétaires, nous avons pu visiter les jolies villes de Trouville, Deauville, Honfleur et ses jardins, les petits villages typiques du pays d'Auge ainsi que la basilique de Lisieux ... Grand merci à David et Tricia.

Bijzonder gastvrij!

Prima in orde goed verzorgd en gastvrije mensen David en Tricia. Heerlijk, rustig achteraf. Voor bezienswaardigheden moet je wel ver rijden. Weinig restaursnts in de directe omgeving, maar was voor ons niet perce nodig.

Très bel endroit, un vrai havre de paix!! Les propriétaires sont très gentils! Ils nous ont accueilli de la plus belle des manières ! David est de très bon conseils . Merci de nous avoir trouvé un bon restaurant! Le chalet est très propre, très beau. Le confort est au maximum. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
