"This is a top notch bed and breakfast with nice, clean rooms with hotel feeling. This was our second visit and we had again warm and serviceminded welcome. We had a really wellmade dinner with the best choclate fudge cake ever (and I have tried many!). Nice breakfast with lots of home made stuff. It’s an old school so there is also an old gym hall which our kids love. This is the number one stop If you go through Sweden but we could also easily spend a Dalecarlian weekend there."

This area is known for the Midsummer festival, which was very high on my list of things to do whilst in Sweden. It did not disappoint. The evening of the Maypole celebration was just a short walk from the B&B, and our hosts were very involved in the celebration, which made our experience extra special. Our room was very comfortable with a shared bath, which was not a problem at all. There were more...
