“Die Villa ist etwas oberhalb in der Ortschaft am Berg gelegen und hat dadurch eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum Schwimmen und Plantschen, aber auch zum Entspannen auf den Liegen oder der Lounge Gruppe geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, komfortabel und praktisch komplett. Es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Speziell in der Küche gibt es nichts was es nicht gibt. Ankunft und Abfahrt waren unkompliziert und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens……

The property is as described, and felt like a reach beach oasis, a very short walking distance to a beautiful popular swimming spot. “We had a wonderful week at the beautiful villa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jean, who gave us some helpful tips about the area and brought us fresh tomatoes from his garden. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, there’s plenty of outdoor space, and we really enjoyed the large pool with its view of the mountains. Shops and bakeries were close by, and Nice was just around the corner. We also took some great day trips to Antibes……

“The host does everything for that you feel welcomed and relaxed from the beginning. During the week he also made a short follow-up. The house is placed in a very quiet area. You feel the silence immediately. The place is very well equipped both in- and outside. The place is definitely recommendable. Further Grasse is possible to reach in a 10 minutes walk. It is a very cozy city to walk around in. We found good restaurants. The supermarket was around 9 minutes away by car - a huge supermarket……

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La localisation est parfaite et nous avions une vue imprenable sur le village de Fayence est ses environs depuis la propriété. Le jardin et la piscine sont de taille respectable et bien entretenus. La maison en elle même est bien équipée jusque dans les derniers détails et très vaste. Elle nécessite un peu de maintenance par endroits mais rien de bien méchant (eg volets roulants). Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille ou des……
