All of the above, but all the people were helpful and friendly

The hotel is central to everything. We were in walking distance to the gaslamp, seaport, restaurants, etc.. They had a water fill-up station which saved us money from purchasing water bottles. The room needed a deep cleaning. The furniture was dusty and the phone was dirty. The TV would often need to be reset. It's an older hotel and they plan to renovate to bring some of the amenities up to date. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Please do not knock on the door early in the morning multiple times to refresh the room if no one answers. We need rest. The staff were available to ask questions but didn't ask about our stay. Overall, my stay was average.

Extremely clean room and wonderful front desk staff!

Front desk staff was wonderful & very accommodating. Accessible room was great except the bathroom. No hooks for towels or bench for clothing.

We were lucky and upgraded to a two bedroom. It was a lovely place and a great location. I highly recommend.
