“Very cozy, charming "basement" flat - large living room, bedroom w/ a small desk, full bath, kitchen, all as described. Owner was great at communicating (especially since there was some initial confusion about access). My dogs loved it and Logan is a wonderful, charming place. One thing to consider: there are residents in the home above and you can hear them walking above you at times. No excessive noise or distraction, and it's perfectly understandable, but if you are looking for a place...
