"This was a beautiful home and location. Plenty of room for everyone. When we first arrived there was a problem with the lock and they were quick to help and get everything resolved. The view is amazing and we were so close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"Best Christmas ever to have my whole family together all 32 of us at such a nice and spacious place. Kids enjoyed the bouncing house in garage, xbox games, marble wall, theater, pool table, fooshball while the adults enjoyed the large kitchen up stairs. Everybody also liked the hot tube. Also what a great view. The deer came and visited us on the last day."

"Rented this property for our trip to snowmobile in Logan Canyon. The house is on the hill with a great view overlooking Bear Lake, with awesome sunrises and sunsets. The driveway is a little tricky to pull into with a longbox truck and 35' trailer but its managable. We also had a shortbox with 24' trailer and another pickup. All fit in the driveway without issue. The house is a great size with ample room to spread out for a group of 9 with snow gear. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, and areas to dry...

The rooms were very comfortable and the spacious kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed spending each evening sitting on the deck and looking out over Garden City and the lake. "We just finished our 40 people family reunion at the Cub River Lodge and had an absolutely wonderful time! The place was big enough that we could spread out so we weren't on top of each other. We loved the big conference room. It's where we ate our meals, played board games, puzzled, had a talent show, danced, held church services, and played some moving games.
