However, the employee that checked you in is a new hire and she is still learning and trying to get comfortable with the check in process. A prepaid reservation has specific procedures for the check in process that are different from the reservations booked through the hotel or through IHG. We are working with this employee in assisting her to get more comfortable with the different check in procedures.
