"When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm. "

"100% fantastic!!! Couldn't be better! Robert and Terri are lovely hosts - sent recommendations before we arrived and showed us all around the property once we got there. They also thought of the small touches, like the coffee set-up in the upstairs lounge, or the oranges and juicer in the kitchen. Location was great. "Lovely hotel in the centre of the village. Easy to find. Only drawback was the lack of dining options (breakfast was included) so if you want lunch/dinner, you have to drive a bit. Other than that, the hotel was great. Wonderful location for exploring La Rioja."
