Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. I particularly liked the pillow, which was very comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
I recommend booking with breakfast, as there’s a good selection of food. It’s better to arrive a little later, though, as there’s a queue when breakfast first opens.
One unpleasant surprise was that when I tried to enter the breakfast area again an hour later, I was turned away and wasn’t even allowed to have a cup of coffee. Instead, I was offered the option to buy one for €3. I stay in hotels quite often, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this.
I could hear children running around upstairs from my room, but I didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Overall, the room was good, and I would recommend the hotel.

This was a wonderful small hotel with excellent staff and a superb restaurant. We highly recommend staying here and, if we come back to Tallinn, we will certainly stay here again!

After arriving, we find no elevator and we have to carry all our stuff up a few flights of windy hot stairs. We get to the room and there's no AC. Finally got a fan that didn't do very much. Then there was the shower. The first day I get there and I see a squeegee in the shower, thinking cleaning staff left it behind. Later, after my shower I realized why it was there. The entire bathroom was flooded after a simple shower and I have to come out of the shower and start cleaning their bathroom. Instead of giving me a squeegee, invest in a shower door so I don't need to clean your bathroom each time I shower. Such a pretty looking modern building, with thoughtless design. Couldn't wait to leave. Also, there's no staff and the chat is an AI agent until you get to a human.
