The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year.

The place was spotless. Lovely swimming pool and the food was delicious. The people were extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. The organisation was excellent.

The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience.
