"There were so many good things about this hotel! Staff: friendly, accommodating, welcoming. Nella, Christopher and Chris (Kiko) were particularly engaging and lovely — everyone else was really nice too…! Location: gorgeous views; quiet area; zero traffic; accessible distance to other attractions (La Fortuna; hanging bridges; Arenal 1968; etc.) Property: villas were spacious, comfortable, private. Restaurant on site was easy to access, serving delicious foods. Two pools (one warm, one cool) allowed for great options; property was maintained very well, clean and pleasing. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area of Nuevo Arenal…!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The mini bar items were gratuitous and a welcome addition. The bed was very comfortable and the grounds were immaculate. The staff were all friendly and met our needs. The included breakfast was filling and service was very good. We also had dinner twice there during our stay. The food and service were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in the center walking distance to downtown area with shops and restaurants. "

"The rooms are very large, with comfortable beds, luxurious robes, scented bath products and a refrigerator with complimentary drinks. The balcony was very nice with a comfy hammock swing to lounge in! The hot tub was most enjoyable too. The food was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms and rest of the hotel are very clean. The whole property is just lovely. Views are outstanding!!"
