Nothing was too much for them, going above and beyond from check in, car parking and breakfast . We couldn’t fault the service. Downside is the hotel is dated , not as clean as it could be and sadly one of the rooms had a stench of cigarettes which was ingrained. We asked for a room change however none were available. It’s clearly the staff that make this hotel a success.
