"Thanks for a great stay, we loved the retro décor, the property was really well appointed with everything you need and was well located to the beach and local walks. The only thing was we did not read the fine print re bring your own linen so we turned up to no sheets and towels, which sent us scurrying around local op shops. Our fault, but disappointing nevertheless. Otherwise thanks for an excellent and enjoyable stay. "

"Location is amazing, such a peaceful spot and the yard is just beautiful. Easy walk to beach and tennis courts. We knew there was no wi-fi but there's also no phone service which was an issue for us. The separate sleeping area, while beautiful, has no windows that open and it was very damp smelling in there. It wasn't pleasant to be in there."

"A quiet street . 4 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurant that’s on the photo is not there any longer. Can’t see the beach from the property it’s a photo of the coffee shop which is no longer there.
Lots of kookaburra and parrots around which we enjoyed. Be careful on the stairs as they old and falling apart. After I made a payment it still showed that I need to pay , even until I left. Virbo is not processing the payment very well.
Property listed as pet friendly but it shows on the house rules that “Strictly No Pets Allowed’ but after I informed the host that I made the reservation due to it being pet friendly, she agreed but I was told not to let my mini schnauzer on the furniture.
Some information is not so clear and needs to be updated to eliminate frustration.
Otherwise all was good. "
"We had 3 bad days weather it’s wet all around we only stay inside we forgot about our boat and it was sank with the heavy rain we tried to pull up and paid for neighbour 200 to town cross to the boat ramp and sandbrook took it for free we lost the boat it’s cost 10000 we tried to asking to fix but they said they can’t fix it’s a terrible time never happen before this house is too old we paid too expensive it’s not worth "
