“My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to……

“I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. “The hotel itself is very run down and doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bedding, pillows, couch and floors were all dirty. There was a horrible smell that lingered for days. Had to keep the windows open and bought spray and cleaning supplies. However the location was very central and the price was right. That was the selling point”

“There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment. ”
