“Staff were friendly breakfast was nice fresh fruit daily just about had a sea view four poster bed was good bit too pink could do with a new mattress and there were long dark hairs in the shower Decor is a bit dated more geared towards the slightly older generation but as a whole a pleasant stay and good exercise being on the top floor I would recommend it to other people ”

“Simon and Emma were a delight and the place was beautiful and spotless. The breakfast was delicious . It was well placed for lovely walks along the sea front and for visiting the many attractions of Llandudno and North Wales.”

“A lovely friendly hotel. Very well kept. A nicely decorated room with lovely furniture. Great power shower! The only downside for me was the mattress, it just needs replacing. When you don’t sleep well it’s a shame. The breakfast was lovely, there was a large selection to choose from. A lovely stay!”

“This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...

“Beautiful B&B in the most picturesque little town. Clean rooms with lovely tea making facilities and fridge, breakfast was delicious and filling. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even making us a pack lunch for our climb up Snowdon. Pub next door had good selection of beers and great portions for dinner! Location was perfect for the Plas Y Pas car park for the Pyg & Miners track. Only 15mins drive. ”
