I am not a difficult person, I can tolerate broken fan, terrible WiFi, falling curtains (which all happened within 10 mins of my arrival, now I look back it might be a sign) because the staff tried their best to help with these issues. “Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”

“The room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and luxurious. The rooms don't have aircon but fans were provided and even on a warm weekend, it was actually OK. The grounds are beautifully kept with plenty of places to walk. The buffet breakfast was included in our booking and again was very tasty and had a great selection. “The check in was easy, lady graciously let us check in a little earlier. Suite was big, clean and bright. The kitchenette area was a big plus, as was the free parking.
