“We stayed overnight at The Langley for a spa day and it was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. The hotel is stunning — elegant, well kept, and with a real sense of occasion the moment you arrive. We were kindly upgraded to a Courtyard Room, which was gorgeous and added something special to the stay. “Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”
