"Very nice hotel. We booked it to use the hot tub while we were there. We were disappointed to learn that there was a steep charge to enter and you had to make a reservation which gave you an hour. Overall, the hotel was in an excellent location but without parking. The luggage drop off is also tricky. The breakfast buffet was huge. "

"The breakfast was awful, never a full choice of food, you waited for 2 or 3 items by which time the other item were gone. The staff that we spoke to were very nice and helpful "

"Room was clean, staff friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Hotel is located near to the train station just a short walk and it’s in the centre of Cardiff. Would use again if visiting Cardiff again."
