The ensuite is spacious and has a gorgeous multi- shower. The superbly comfortable bed and "quiet time" meant a peaceful and deep night's sleep. The menu offers extensive food choices to suit every taste. The appearance is well cared for and inviting, dripping with healthy happy profusions of flowers despite the heat and……

“Lynton house. Is in a convenient location for beach promenade and shops.As an older couple it suited all our needs. Run by a lovely friendly couple Where nothing was any trouble. Including help in with our luggage. Very clean accommodation and cracking breakfast. We would happily stay there again. Mike N”

“Leena and her team were very welcoming on arrival and nothing was to much trouble,the breakfast was a great addition,with a choice of cereal and toast options as well as a traditional hot breakfast all freshly done to order ,there is also parking available,all in all A very nice place to stay , keep up the good work”

“Lovely staff but unfortunately the room is not fit for purpose, food is decent Was showed room 8 but window broken (35 degree heat) & was given option for room9 a twin. *hole in floor trip hazard *curtain didnt open/close properly *no side lqmp* *Sheets scratchy *broken floor tiles en suite *shower rusty Was given a fan v grateful for but filthy & throwing off bits, cleaned it but not acceptable”

“A little bit tired: for example a very worn, saggy mattress on the bed and a shower that was adequate but no more. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself needs a refurb.”

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”

“Property was immaculate, parking ample.B ed and towelling very clean and tea/coffee provided in room-only downsides was small tv and not much coverage of channels, maybe needs aerial,otherwise very pleasant and Marianne a great friendly host 😀”
