“Room (en-suite) was clean and nicely presented with good facilities, tea, coffee hairdryer, etc. Continental breakfast was ok but could have been a little better if it included for example croissants, more jams and spreads. Car parking in Llandudno is a challenge but street parking is just about manageable and free between 6pm and 10am!”

“Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”

“Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”

“Loved its location, just a short walk from the beach, although slightly steep. Free parking. We loved the hotel, although it appeared a little dated and maybe required some upkeep, it had great facilities and staff. It had a swimming pool, a pool table in a conservatory with tables. The rooms were great, we had the family studio and it had a large bedroom, great comfy bed, through which was a small kitchenette, with dining table and another 2 single beds and a fan. Couldn't fault the space....
