Large, atmospheric cottage in the countryside

The village of Bełczna is located among forests and lakes. A small town in the heart of Western Pomerania, picturesquely situated between the Stara Rega valley and the Drawsko Lake District.

A climatic, two-story holiday home surrounded by a large, private garden (the area is shared with the host of the property, who lives in the neighboring house). The entire ground floor is one, shared living room connected to the kitchen. There is a large table, a 2-person sofa bed, TV and a wood stove (the price of the stay includes a starter kit for fuel). On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The house has excellent thermal insulation and has 2 heating sources: electric and a wood stove, so comfortable relaxation is ensured here at any time of the year. There is also air conditioning. The house has a very large, covered terrace with a set of garden furniture and deckchairs. Barbecue equipment is available. Wireless Internet is available, but its speed only allows you to check basic information on the network. On the premises there is a playground for children (trampoline, children's house, swing), hammocks, parking. A big attraction is the summer swimming pool (July - August).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, tourist tax, air conditioning, parking. On request, a cot and a highchair.

The beautiful surroundings offer great opportunities for active leisure. The nearby lake (Klępnicko; 4 km from the house) is rich in fish. There is a beach there and you can swim in clean, clear water. The surrounding forests are full of mushrooms and provide many opportunities for outdoor relaxation. There are many paths among the forests and meadows, ideal for cycling. There are kayaking trips in the vicinity. The popular Baltic health resort of Kołobrzeg is about 50 km away. In Świdwin, 25 km away, there is an aqua park.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 15 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
