We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony area. Beach access was super convenient, just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime.

"Easily one of the nicest rentals I've ever gotten. Close drive/walk to the beach and shopping (grocery/Starbuck). Amenities included made the trip (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table. Full kitchen and laundry. And super convenient to the neighborhood pool."
"The property was very clean. Half of the building is being rennovated, however, you could not hear any of the rennovation. Balcony and pool are also being rennovated. We did not have an issue with this because we did other activities in the area."
"James was very nice and replied to any changes or concerns promptly. The house was great. Very clean when we arrived with enough room for my family. It can be difficult to find a place that will allow dogs and was very pleased to find this one. I would have liked to have a little more cookware but we made do. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in that area again i would see if it is available. Thank you so much for everything!"

"What a cute house! It was overwhelming obvious that the homeowner has a love for making everyone feel welcome. They had a welcome card for my service dog Patton with little treats. There were a dozen toys for him to play with and the cutest backyard area for him to do his business. The location was perfect for what we needed. The beach was right over the causeway, there was a poker room 10 minutes away and minutes from the family that we were visiting. We slept 5 plus Patton very comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality! It really helped to make our vacation special!"
"Pool was out, even though we made sure beforehand it had pool available as this was the only weekend we’d be able to get out all year. Day showed up—> no pool, failed inspection. Very disappointed. Upsetting. Other than that it was perfect. Perfect location for everything. "

I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. "spacious. Great for a large group. The description on the website is accurate. The dining room is a little funky and that is located directly inside the front door and the furnishings are a little different from usual. our children and grandchildren had a great trip to the nearby beach. The barbecue grill was extremely clean and well-maintained, a definite plus although missing barbecue tools. kitchen was great and the beds were fine. I called this a solid 5. A special shout out to the cleaning crew. You were extremely friendly and did a great job."
"We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully set up with two master bedrooms and it overlooks a pond where you will see many animals like ducks, turtles and many birds. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was also good near so many places to eat and 5 minute drive to the beach and it allows dogs which was so fun to watch them play in the ocean! We will definitely be back. "
