On the ground floor at the entrance you enter directly into the heart of the house, the newly renovated bright fresh kitchen with open floor plan with space for several to prepare a nice joint dinner together. On the lower level you will also find a living room with dining table and access to the balconies, a bedroom with double bed and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine.
