My little family and I stayed for a night midweek. Easy check-in/check-out, the kindest staff, and cozy beds. The futon could be updated but our kid is a tank, and slept fine. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel was well located for all the reasons we were in London and there are plenty of food choices within east walking distances. It isn’t exactly in the nicest part of town, but as a base it was fine. The hotel itself is adequately appointed - it’s a little dated and in need of sprucing up in places, but aren’t we all? The complimentary breakfast was handy and we were reassured that air con is on its way to prevent it becoming the hotel sauna rather than breakfast room. Can’t compliment the staff enough - they were polite and courteous throughout.
