"What stood out the most for my wife, daughter, mom and I was the amazing kindness and support that we received from Amanda at the front desk. Both my family and I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels and Amanda wins the trophy for being the BEST of the best. Hyatt has a Diamond in the Rough working for them!"

"The room was clean and spacious. Functional kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, and sink. Hot water works well. Stacked washer and dryer in unit was a nice touch after a longer stay in the area. Staff is kind. Kind of a small check-in window but the property is also an apartment so it’s not a huge deal. Street sounds can get a bit noisy as it is by a busy road and upstairs neighbors are audible, but that’s the nature of an apartment. Very happy with this stay and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a secure place to stay for a while. "

"The lobby was bright and cheerful with the check in super easy. Lots of parking and the rooms were great Very comfortable bed and pillows and cotton sheets. unique building through out. All the woodwork and features were very nicely restored. The breakfast was terrific in a lovely dining room and wonderful waitstaff! So happy we picked this as our stay in Champain-urbana"
