Forest-View Condo w/ Fire Pit & King Bed

  • Summary:

    A quiet winter getaway with a gas fire pit and forest view. Private 2-bedroom garden-level condo with a forest view, gas fire pit, and your own patio. Sleeps 5: king bed in the main bedroom, twin-over-full bunk in the second, plus a sofa bed. Kitchenette, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer. About 1 mile from downtown Longview and close to Lake Sacajawea Park.



    The Space:

    On the lower level of the main house.



    Guest Access:

    Condo is on the lower level of the main house. Outside stair access to the private entrance and deck. Please do not book if you have mobility issues.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Longview, our property offers a peaceful and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, the area is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.



    The nearby Lake Sacajawea Park offers plenty of opportunities for walking, jogging, and picnicking. Take a stroll along the scenic trails and enjoy the fresh air and tranquil views of the lake.



    Downtown Longview is just a short drive away and offers plenty of dining and shopping options. Visit the historic Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts for live entertainment, or head to the Monticello Park for a game of basketball or tennis.

    The condo is the lower unit of a two-unit home, with a separate private entrance reached by outdoor stairs. Not a good fit for guests with mobility issues. The driveway is for upstairs guests, so please use street parking.

Great Property!

My wife and adult children really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was very clean and in a super quiet neighborhood. The location is great for visiting Longview, WA. Communication with our host was easy and they responded quickly. The down side is that there are many steps to negotiate to get to the condo. If you cannot handle stairs do not rent this condo.
