So impressive, clean, convenient, digital door access, and very considerate, our convert plug doesn’t work, they even provide you the universal one, we appreciated! all the appliances are working so well, we can cook by ourselves, you can use dishwasher to sanitize the cookware, it is smart TV, so you can link to your phone and watch whatever you want to watch, a surprise they have Nintendo game machines, you can play it, so cool! I definitely will book Bob W series as long as it’s……

“Fantastic apartment located right in the center, clean and tidy and well equipped for a short break. Difficult to gain entry after reception had closed, no access to courtyard to get to key box, had to seek help from neighbouring restaurant. Disappointed to not have sofa bed made up ready to sleep when arriving late. ”

“Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”
