“I booked through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get the check in instructions for some reason. But their staff was super helpful over the phone. The place was AWESOME, they got everything you needed. The loft was so nice and clean, the bathroom was even better. Love it!!!!”

Difficult to gain entry after reception had closed, no access to courtyard to get to key box, had to seek help from neighbouring restaurant. Disappointed to not have sofa bed made up ready to sleep when arriving late. ”

“Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”
