“Beautiful setting, gracious hosts, wonderful cabaña. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. ”

“We requested a late arrival, on a pre-paid stay. I have an ill written response that it was not possible. I informed I would notify Expedia. I received an “ok”. I did so, and Expedia notified me, in written form that they had attempted in a 40 hour period to contact the indicated phone number with no response. Having lived in Chile for over 30 years this IS NOT ATYPICAL of business owners to avoid addressing an issue directly and in a professional manner. Expedia informs me that there will be no……
