The swimming pool, rectangular in shape, measures 12.50 meters in length, 7.50 meters in width, and has a depth ranging from 0.90 meters to 1.40 meters. Pool heating is optional and comes at a cost of 150€ per week for maintaining a temperature of 24ºC, payable in cash upon arrival. An additional charge of 50€ per week applies for each additional degree, up to a maximum of 26ºC. Requests for pool heating should be made at least one week in advance or, if requested after arrival, the minimum charge of one week applies from the time the heating is turned on.



Other amenities include a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. The villa also provides a carport for two cars and secure parking facilities for an additional two cars, though a hire car is recommended for convenience. Guests can stay connected with free Wi-Fi available throughout the villa. Public transport options are abundant, with a bus stop located just 250 meters away and reasonably priced taxis available from the nearest rank, located 1 kilometer away. The nearest facilities, including a supermarket, café, and restaurant, are a mere 600 meters away, while the largest hypermarket on the island, a bank, pharmacy, and other shops, are only 1 kilometer away.



Cleaning and linen change are provided every 7 days, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. All linen and towels, including towels for the swimming pool, are provided, with the exception of linen for a baby cot, which guests should bring themselves. Villa Funchal Belair is certified clean and safe by the Portuguese Tourist Office.
