Loved the property, building and rooms. The contactless check in was flawless. I would recommend that if you have guests the coffee shop be open on Sunday and the bar be open longer than 5-9. Wonderful place that we will be back regardless of my suggestions

Room was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Staff is incredibly accommodating. I arrived late at night and requested a later checkout, which was approved. When I needed to catch a ride to the airport, I had trouble getting my uber app to work and asked the desk clerk if he knew of any drivers who could pick me up. He called several until one answered and was available. He was a life saver! This was my third time to stay at the Finch and it certainly won’t be the last.

The hotel is charming, and the staff were courteous.
One small annoyance - they charge a $25/night amenity fee. One of the items that is included in the amenity fee is a shuttle to/from the airport. During my stay, I received a marketing email from the hotel. In it, it's mentioned that they offer a complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. That seems a little disingenuous, given the customer essentially pays for it via the amenity fee.

Staff was super friendly, accommodating. and quick to reply to needs/concerns. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast has a good variety of options. Great location, close to the highway and down town. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Walla Walla. My daughter also had a great time playing in the pool/hottub! Thank you folks for a fabulous stay
