Room was dirty, toilet didn’t flush, keys stopped working before 7AM the day we checked out. A/C unit the loudest we’ve ever experienced.
The bedding was clean.
This was an amazing hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, swimming pool and hot tub was great. We will definitely come back and stay again.
The room was very clean although maintenance to the building was in progress. The staff was extremely helpful. AC was very cold. I would stay here again.
Helpful, courteous staff. My room was fine but the place needs a little TLC. It appeared there were some significant renovations underway. A reasonable bang for the buck.
The floors walls and shower were filthy. The bed was ok. The common area was pretty well maintained and the staff were always nice. The price was super cheap but I’m still not sure I’d stay again with the cleanliness as bad as it was.

Where I stayed on 3 floor seemed like some renovations going on Staff checked me in promptly used elevator pretty nice no shower chair but bathroom looked fine everything worked fine.Comfortable bed, curtain in need of replacement.Good air and heat not overly noisey ,great view from 3 rd floor toward the south loop 289.easy access from southwest of building. For the price one of the most economical probably would stay their again if I needed a place in Lubbock.Had the complementary coffee not bad it helped LOL!!

The room was reasonably clean. The floor had a little residue from not wringing the mop sufficiently (mopping too wet), which is very common. The mattress needed to be turned or replaced. The fridge froze everything, and changing the temperature control didn't help.
All that needs to be kept in perspective, since this is a very reasonably priced hotel. On the positive side, the microwave worked well, the tv worked, and the shower was nice. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Overall, we were satisfied because we were able to rest just fine.
