Built in 1892 with original hardwood oak floors in the main area of the home. Walk or bike to Lake MI beautiful Stearns Beach and spend a lovely day swimming and soaking up the sun. Stay for the gorgeous Lake MI sunset and watch the Badger Car Ferry return from Manitowic to Ludington. Spend a lovely evening grilling in the enclosed private gardens with hot tub & gas grill, 2 min walk to town to great local restaurants and entertainment. explore famous Ludington State Park and Nordhouse Dunes. Enjoy a lovely evening in the screen porch (aka Green Room) Sleep with open windows and enjoy the lovely Lake MI breeze out on the landscaped patio. Full size washer/dryer and queen size sleeper sofa in family room.
