“Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away. ”

“Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient.
My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough.

“Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here.
1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left.
2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived.
3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever……

“The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Located in a quiet neighborhood, right on a canal. We loved having our morning coffee in the private courtyard, watching the random boats go by. “What a wonderful spot to stay in Venice. The location was perfect and not much traffic like the more popular locations. This makes it a very comfortable and quiet spot to stay. "The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
