The large kitchen, dining, and living room space is an open area for friends and family to eat together, play games, watch TV, and take in the amazing view of the lake. The dining room table seats seven and 3 bar stools along the nearby kitchen bar provide extra seating. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and plenty of counter top space. With the open design, you can enjoy the views even while preparing food or using the kitchen sink. Enjoy the natural light flowing in from the kitchen skylight.

Adjacent to the living space is the large master suite. The master has large windows with a fantastic view of the lake. It features a king bed with soft bedding, dual nightstands, dual closets, a desk and chair, a large mirror and its own access to the patio. The master ensuite bathroom features a skylight, newly renovated shower, tub, and dual sinks.

Two of the other guest bedrooms have a queen bed with soft bedding, dual nightstands, a dresser, a large closet, a mirror and a smart TV. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds, each with a full bottom level and twin top level. The bunk room also has a full length mirror, free-standing wardrobe, smart TV and plenty of floor space. The guest rooms and common areas have access to a half bath and a full bathroom. The full bathroom features a newly renovated shower, a skylight and counter space for your toiletries. All bathrooms have a hairdryer.

A laundry room with heavy-duty full-size washing machine and dryer is available for your use. A iron and ironing board is available. Through the laundry room, you can access the garage where you'll find a ping pong table, a paddleboard, fishing rods, and cornhole.

And for the best views, head outside! The large covered patio has a grill, dining table and additional seating. The uncovered seating area near the house is perfect for enjoying the weather in partial sun while close enough to head back in for refills. Towards the end of the day, move to the fire-pit circle. And if full sun is your speed, take advantage of the top deck of the newly renovated dock.

The lake is open to various water sports. If you choose to paddleboard or swim, you can access personal flotation devices in the master bedroom closet. Boat rentals and personal watercraft are available around the lake. A public boat ramp is located 7 minutes away at Tim Finley Park. Cleats are available to tie your boat along side our dock. The neighborhood is safe and walking & biking-friendly. Restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations are as close as a 5 minute drive to Main Street.

The owners are both detail-oriented and experienced STR users with high expectations. The property is small dog friendly because they have often traveled with their small dogs and would like to share that opportunity with others.
