夜10時頃着いて、まず１階の部屋の部屋だったことに驚いた。 夜中から明け方、外が騒がしくて眠れなかった。 朝起きて初めてカーテンを開けたら、窓が全開だったことがわかり衝撃だった。 地方の4階の自宅でも窓を開けて寝るのはためらうのに、東京の1階のホテルで窓全開で寝ていたかと思うとゾッとした。 ホテル備え付けの目覚まし時計が、日付けもデタラメで何時間もズレていたので、 最初から合わせるのに苦労した。 室内整備を徹底してほしい。

Great stay in Machida!

Excellent hotel service and stay. Room was big enough for two of us and two suitcases. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have an elongated toilet but I know it's tough with a small room.

フロント受付スタッフの雰囲気が良かった。

端の部屋だった為か、いつものアパホテルより広く感じました。やはり、気持ち広いと快適さが段違いです。ロビーのフロント受付スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良く、大変気分の良い１週間でした。最後に荷物も受付より出して頂き、助かりました。
