“Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. No meals so we found an excellent restaurant very……

“I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers. The location was good, near the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Also walking distance to the bus station. ”

“Location was perfect!!! Very nice staff!! Room was great - but bathroom was very run down and appeared old and dirty…needs a little updating, otherwise eveyrhing was great. The only disadvantages to this hotel is they have a bunch of entrances on a very busy street and there is no clear signage of where the check in entrance is etc..the Ubers get very confused with several entrances etc..also the check in could’ve been more efficient…took a while to get the card and a simple check in, but……

“Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.”
