"We were comfortable here. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe. The thermostat is quirky but the AC works great if you stay on top of the thermostat. The pool was too cold to swim. The TV/Remote had no instructions or service or antenna. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch TV. We did miss having access to news and local channels. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!"
