Otherwise this was an excellent 2nd choice lodging after our Bright Angel reservation was cancelled with the flash flooding. Staff at GCH&S were amazing, super friendly, professional, surprisingly efficient in managing the massive crowds at the great breakfast offerings, comfortable beds, great showers, thankful for water & ice…. Very much appreciated this stay as it was a last minute meeting of our needs for 3 nights. Thank you!"
