"It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the Boilermaker start line. The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked and organized. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was quick to reply to any questions. The place is very quiet and parking and finding the place was easy. A comfortable, clean place to stay in Utica!"

"We stayed on the lake which was absolutely beautiful. We met the property manager Janet and she was very sweet. She checked on everyone who stayed and made sure we had everything we needed, answered any questions we had, and suggested some great places to eat or local stores. "This place was perfect for us, close to the Nexus Arena. It had almost everything we needed. A hair dryer would have been nice. Maybe a toaster. But overall, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we were very comfortable there. We'd stay there again if we are ever in the area again."
