"Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "

"The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction."
"Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, pub downstairs was easy for cocktails, room was beautiful, steam shower was fantastic…they thought of everything for a wonderful stay! I look forward to another Crested Butte stay at Public House."

"Not a new cookie cutter hotel, but an authentic carefully managed property with a personal touch. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the lobby where you can use your hotel room card to purchase a glass of wine or a 2 oz shot of booze. The name may be nordic, but I would call it Bavarian. The door in the bathroom was solid wood and the ceiling was wood. The breakfast room was thoughfully organized and the free breakfast was about as good as you can get without a cook.
We live in Colorado and will return again next summer."

"We are a family of four (two adults, two kids) who wanted a vacation with a good combination of adult mountain biking & kid activities and this rental provided us the best of both worlds. We loved the accessibility and location of the condo and walkability to things going on around the mountain. We appreciated the little touches (hot tub towels, stocked kitchen, queen sized bunk beds) that made the stay awesome for our crew. We also really appreciated the communication and responsiveness of the host when we had one slight hiccup- overall the trip was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again. "
