"We arrived late in the night and had some difficulties to find the place where we stayed. Keys were put in a box so we easily picked them up with all the explanations. Too bad it was all in Norwegian though but we managed to find our Hytte. That part was a surprised as we initially booked a large appartement. The hytte was tiny but practical. Kids slept in the attic which stressed them quite a lot actually as the stairs were closed to the beds with no security except closing the floor door....

"Et fint opphold. Flott utsikt ut over Mjøsa. Gode solforhold. En del støy fra motorveien, men til å leve med. Fint interiør i hytta (ikke typisk "hyttete"), men ingen hyller eller skap til å legge klær i, bare noen få knagger. Det kunne med fordel ha vært flere strømuttak. Savner mikroovn og litt skarpere kniver, umulig å skjære grønnsaker med sløv kniv. Ellers helt OK."

Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). Perfekt som utgangspunkt for fjellturer på ski, til fots eller sykkel. Ellers er det lite å ta seg til i nærområdet. Prisen var langt lavere enn alt annet vi fant i Lillehammer-området. "

"The hotel is in the most amazing location imaginable. The scenery up there is breathtaking. The rooms though are more what you'd find in a hostel in Canada with tiny little windows and really basic decor. The lounge is really nice and the staff are very nice. We were there to x-country ski as probably most guests are and it's nice to be able to ski from the front door of the hotel on the amazing trail system which goes on forever."
