"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

"I would recommend this hotel as it is placed in the woods, not too far and not too close to downtown. It is quiet and has a great nature around it. Great staff, kind and helpful. To improve: shower, ambient music (same 5 songs the whole day...you can go crazy), late check in (they do not consider entering 14 hours late and charged the complete day)"

Restaurante não funciona, café com pouquíssimas variedades, tomamos banho frio em uma das noites, reclamamos mas não foi atendido. Toalhas e roupas de cama com mofos e amareladas. Não havia toalha de rosto, pedimos e foi fornecido 2 toalhas de chão. TV não funcionava. "

"The location is fantastic. On the main road in the centro with a quick walk to everything. In front of the ocean with great views of the sea. A helpful staff. Included breakfast was OK. Sufficient. The hotel is one of the older hotels in the area and it shows. The standard room (no sea view) was basic. Bed was OK and could be more comfortable. It is located in a safe and quiet area which was important for me. You pay a little higher rate than other places in the area so you are mostly paying...
