The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. Some of the painting around the doors looked like it was done by children. The toilets were tiny and very hard to get up from. The breakfast was great. The whole place was overpriced!

Great location and excellent convenience. The direct bridge access to SM is a huge advantage, making it easy to shop, dine and explore without without having to deal with traffic or the weather. I have stayed at this hotel many times for good reason. The entire staff is hard working and dedicated to making your stay feel like a home away from home. The receptionists are kind and willing to help however they can, and the housekeeping staff leave the rooms spotless and clean every time. Toyoko Inn sets the standard for how all hotels should be, and they are the gem of Cebu

Great stay. The breakfast was amazing. The room was good clean and provided all amenities .The only downside was that I paid for a king-size bed but they were two single beds put together with a thin top mattress. Other than that, good all round.
