Surrounded by greenery in Manerba del Garda, Apartment Rupestre is conveniently located to experience the natural beauty of Lake Garda and provides for tranquil holidays. The cream-coloured, elegant apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a pass-through, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a flat screen, satellite TV, and a hairdryer. The highlight of the property is the generous outdoor area, which features a covered, furnished patio as well as an extensive, well-kept lawn (part of which is accessible to neighbors) equipped with an additional seating area. Here guests can enjoy meals together in the fresh air or savour a glass of wine under the starry sky. An array of beautiful hiking trails begin just minutes’ from the front door in the nature preserve Rocca di Manerba while a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are 12 minutes walking or 750 m from the property. The closest pebble beach, Spiaggia Pisenze, is a 17-minute walk or 1 km away, where guests can stretch out before the crystal clear waters of Lake Garda and soak up the Italian sun.

Anreise war an einem Sonntag gegen 19 Uhr; es fehlte an der Grundausstattung: kein Toilettenpapier, Kaffeemaschine war nur ein Wasserkocher, keine Geschirrtücher, Abwaschputzschwamm/ Tuch waren nicht vorhanden, dreckiges/kaputtes Geschirr. Nur bedingt geeignet für Hunde, Zugang zur anderen Mietwohnung führte über das gemietete Gelände/ nicht separat abgetrennt! Keine deutschen TV Sender, keine Einzelbettdecken, Silikonfugen in Küche porös und schimmelig. Keine Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten! Positiv: gut klimatisiert, Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden, schön und ruhig gelegen, Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden.
Neuer Weg zu einer anderen Wohnung, nicht abgetrennt!

Sehr schöne ruhiger Lage. Kurze Wege zu Aktivitäten

Pros: Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle ruhige Lage mit eigenem Garten Cons: Federkernmatratzen im Bett waren nicht mehr die besten. Aber sonst alles top.

Das Haus liegt direkt neben den Rocca de Manerba (Aussichtspunkt).

Pros: - eingezäuntes Grundstück - Wanderwege - Einrichtung ist clean gehalten, d.h. Es stehen nicht unnötige Sachen/Deko herum - eigener Stellplatz für das Auto - netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber - neuer Wasserkocher/ Nespresso Kaffeemaschine - geräumig (für 4 Personen) - Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive - Wohnung war schön kühl (Reisezeit Anfang Juni) - großer Tisch im Garten zum gemütlichen Beisammensein - Hunde sind erlaubt Cons: - kein direkter Weg zum Strand/ Bademöglichkeit zu Fuß ca 30min - kein Wlan/ TV (funktionierte bei uns nicht) - Auto oder Fahrrad ist erforderlich - Couch ist nur ein Zweisitzer

Pros: El jardin es muy lindo y la casa es muy linda por dentro y por fuera Cons: Tuvimos un pequeño problema para abrir la puerta de entrada. No había proteccion anti mostuito en las ventanas, lo que hacia la casa muy calurosa, dado que no podiamos abrir las ventanas por la noche por los zancudos.
