Customer is not nice. Room is so dirty & small

Very spacious residence hotel in the central Seoul. Relatively less crowded but within walking distance of many subway stations or convenient bus stops nearby. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow selection was limited compared to 4/5-star hotels. If you are looking for a space like home, it should be the right choice.

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

Location is the best right in middle of Insadong. Small room a bit tight for two people. The shower gets the floor all wet in Korean style bathroom. There’s little space by the sink for your toiletries. We had to use the closet outside by the mirror
