“We spent one night in this place. The staffs were polite and friendly and welcomed warmly. The room was very clean with an awesome view of river and tall trees. We had access to the backyard and could seat in front of the river. The place was in a beautiful area of Vancouver; although, it was not close to groceries. I strongly recommend this place.”

“The whole place is spotless! It was dark when we arrived and had a hard time finding the house numbers but once inside it was wonderful. A few things left on the counter like bananas and apples and milk and juice in the fridge made us feel welcome. One twin bed was excellent but the other wasn’t great. “I would recommend coming in from the West. The driveway is steep and comes off the road such that turning in from the other direction is scary. For a moment, I thought we would go over the steep embankment trying to do a multipoint turn. The room was small, but cozy, although the door did not seal well when closed. I never managed to get a shower, as the mixer would only provide all hot or all cold water. The river view is great. The breakfast was great, but you might want to bring margarine or……

“The suite was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. Communication with our host was good. Wing was quick to respond to questions and was respectful. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice perhaps. There is a Nespresso machine but another coffee making option could have been nice. Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
